Below are the steps necessary to manually delete the DCR810 files to make the T100 the default scanner.
- Restart your computer.
- On the Start Menu, choose All Programs - Accessories – Windows Explorer.
- Expand My Computer and browse to C:\WINDOWS\twain_32\Alara.
- Delete the four DCR810 files (DCR810.cld, DCR810.ds, DCR810.exe, and DCR810.ocx).
- Open the Logos Imaging Application.
- Open an incident.
- Click the Logos Image button to confirm that the software launches the T100 or T100/T110 data source window.
- Click Scan to confirm proper communication between the scanner and computer.
