LIA 6.0 Crashes on Launch |

The most likely cause of this problem is that all available Windows updates are not installed on your computer. To resolve the problem, install all critical Windows updates. This is often a multi-step process. After the first series of updates are installed, check again for additional critical updates. Repeat this process until there are no additional critical updates available. |

After you have installed all critical updates, relaunch LIA 6.0. If the app still crashes, there may be a rare instance when an optional Windows update is still needed. In this case, please call us at (866) 939-4044 for technical support. If you are calling between the hours of 5:00 pm and 8:00 am Mountain, please select option one to be connected to an after-hours support representative. |
